Ordering

How do I order prescription glasses online?

Choose a frame and click Select Lenses. Follow the steps to select your prescription type, enter or upload your prescription, choose the lens type, index, tint when available, and coating. Review all information carefully before adding the glasses to your cart.

What prescription information do I need?

Please use a current eyeglass prescription. Depending on your prescription type, you may need to provide:

  • OD for the right eye
  • OS for the left eye
  • SPH
  • CYL
  • AXIS
  • PD

If CYL is included in your prescription, AXIS is usually required. Contact us before ordering if your prescription contains values that are not available in the selector.

How do I submit my prescription?

You can enter your prescription manually on the product page or upload a clear image of it while selecting your lenses.

Accepted formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and TIFF, with a maximum file size of 2 MB. PDF uploads are not currently supported.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact support@jamjamlens.com with your order number as soon as possible and within 24 hours of placing the order.

We will try to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once customization has started. Additional charges may apply depending on the production or shipping stage.

Prescription And Lenses

Can I use my contact lens prescription to order glasses?

No. Contact lens prescriptions and eyeglass prescriptions are measured differently and are not interchangeable. Please use a valid eyeglass prescription provided by your optometrist.

What is PD, and why is it required?

PD, or pupillary distance, is the distance between the centers of your pupils, measured in millimeters. It helps position the optical center of each lens correctly.

Select Single PD if your prescription shows one total number. Select Dual PD if separate right-eye and left-eye values are provided. If your prescription does not include PD, ask your optometrist rather than guessing.

What prescription types do you offer?

JamJam Lens currently offers:

  • Single Vision
  • Reading
  • Non Prescription

Progressive and bifocal lenses are not currently available.

What lens options are available?

Available options depend on your prescription type and selected frame. They may include:

  • Clear
  • Blue Light Blocking
  • Photochromic
  • Sunglass
  • Gradient Sunglass

Compatible options will appear automatically during lens selection. Polarized lenses are not currently available.

Can I order glasses without a prescription?

Yes. Select Non Prescription during lens selection. You can then choose from the compatible clear, blue light blocking, photochromic, or sunglass options without entering prescription or PD values.

How do I choose a lens index and coating?

Available lens indices may include 1.61, 1.67, 1.74, and 1.74 Plus. Under similar conditions, a higher index can generally produce a thinner and lighter lens for a stronger prescription. The highest index is not always necessary, so consider your prescription strength, frame, and comfort.

Depending on the selected lens, available coatings may include:

  • Standard
  • Blue Light Blocking
  • Super Hydrophobic Coating

Only compatible combinations will be displayed in the selector.

Frames

How do I choose the right frame size?

Compare the measurements on the product page with a pair of glasses that already fits you comfortably. Pay attention to frame width, lens width, lens height, bridge width, and temple length.

The three numbers printed inside many frames usually represent lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimeters.

Shipping And Delivery

Where do you ship, and how can I track my order?

We currently ship within the United States. Free-shipping availability for the contiguous 48 states will be shown at checkout.

Prescription lenses require customization before shipment. When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.

Returns And Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Each order is eligible for one return or exchange, and all items must be kept in their original condition and packaging.

Customized prescription lenses and rimless frames have additional conditions. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before submitting a request.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Email support@jamjamlens.com before returning any item. Include your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Wait for return instructions before shipping the package. Do not send a return to the address printed on the original parcel unless our support team confirms it. Use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number.
