How JamJam Lens Began

JamJam Lens was founded in 2024 in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, after one of our founders kept encountering the same trade-off: prescription frames that worked for daily life often felt anonymous, while the most expressive eyewear was difficult to evaluate or order with confidence. That experience shaped a simple belief that useful vision choices and memorable design should be easier to find in one place.

The brand started as a small independent online project. We focused on a carefully selected group of frames and on the information customers need when choosing from a screen: shape, dimensions, material, weight, finish, and available lens pathways. The aim was never to build the largest catalog. It was to make every style feel distinct and every product decision feel more informed.
